L’Abysse X Pavyllon London

One for the sushi heads: Yannick Alléno is bringing his Paris restaurant L’Abysse to his Michelin-starred outpost in the Four Seasons Park Lane. Later this month, Pavyllon London will host a one-of-a-kind omakase dining experience headed up by sushi master Yasunari Okazaki. It will be an intimate experience, taking place at the eight-seater bar counter in Pavyllon’s private dining room. The multi-course menu will feature signature L’Abysse dishes like panko-crust sea urchin with grapefruit; French sake katsu scallop tartare; and hand-shaped nigiri. This is an elite experience with prices to match: for lunch or dinner, the omakase menu is £390pp, with a sake, wine and tea pairing for another £200 a head.
